Shipping & Returns
Deliveries will be carried out on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday between 9.00am to 8.00pm. We will email you to confirm when you delivery will take place.
If you have a preferred time please let us know. You can contact us by email telephone or when you place your order. We're happy to help.
Due to the nature of the products we can not take back any of the produce, therefore we highly recommend all customers tells about a safe place for us to leave your package if you are out. you can do this by adding a note to your order or by emailing
us at email@example.com. if no safe place is provide our drivers will be instructed to find and leave in as safe a place as possible.
All CHILLED products will be kept in an insulated compartment that stays chilled for up to 24 hours.
Delivery Area and Charges.
All deliveries in our selected area will be free. This includes Hull, Hessle, Beverley, Barton, Barrow, Brigg and all areas in-between.
If you fall outside of our current delivery area we will have to charge for postage.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Meal House we can not accept any returns due to the nature of the products.
There is strictly no exchange in any form and refunds will only be provided in certain circumstances.
All requests for a refund must be made in writing with supporting evidence such as photographs.
They will be reviewed by the full management team and you will be kept up to date during the hole decision making process.
